Popcorn Health

Every day we make decisions on what we eat. Snacking is responsible for a huge amount of our daily intake, which is why we need to know WHAT is in the snacks we eat! Compared to other snacks like chips or candy, popcorn offers more whole grains and more fiber.

In a study by Scranton University, they found that popcorn contains more antioxidants than all the fruit and vegetables that most people consume in a day. Popcorn also has many vitamins including folate, niacin, riboflavin, thiamine, vitamins E and K, AND is a source of iron, potassium, zinc, and polyphenols. 

It is clear to see that popcorn is a superior snack food.
