If your Jody's Popcorn package arrives damaged in any way, please contact the shipping carrier. In most cases, the carrier will be FedEx. We recommend checking packages for any damage before opening the product.
If you wish to return your order, you must notify us via email at email@example.com within seven days of receipt. All products that you wish to return must be received at our warehouse within 14 days of receipt and must be unopened. Customers are responsible for all shipping expenses. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
All cancellations must be made in writing prior to the ship date. Please note: If you placed your order online your package may ship the same day.
